CREATE A ROOM FOR YOUR SOUL
Women coming together and holding the space for each other for:
Breathing. Processing. Integrating. Shifting.
relaxation and soul care,
envisioning and walking the path,
pondering and reflecting,
energizing and re-focusing.
A space to recharge and be inspired.
A space for mindfulness and deep listening.
Slowing down and taking a break.
Holding the space for yourself and your well-being when things start to speed up in your daily life.
A space to breathe...
A space to get in touch with your emotions, feelings, thoughts, questions, perspectives... with all there is. Within you. Around you.
A space to envision, dream, desire...
As space to just be ...
As a yoga practitioner I know of the important pose Savasana at the end of a yoga practice. A pose where we just lie flat on our backs, breathe and integrate with the purpose of letting the inner and outer work we just did metabolize. Letting sink in what we learned. Integrating. Processing. Shifting.
In our fast paced lives we need more Savasanas - to breathe, process, integrate, allow, accept and shift. To renew and re-energize. To grow personally.
To meet life with a re-directed focus and newly found strength.

I found the Blissful Women´'s Circle a valuable investment in myself. In each session, Sandra offered two guided meditation/reflection exercises on a specific, relevant topic, which I found extremely effective and worthwhile. I had worked with Sandra on many of the topics we discussed in previous coaching sessions, and so the group meetings offered great reminders of the principles I wanted to focus on. In addition, the exchange with other women - some of whom were complete strangers at the beginning of the circle - offered additional and interesting insights and perspectives. Sandra managed to create a space of mutual trust, free of judging or negative talk, for all of us.
