The Idea Behind

As a yoga practitioner I know of the important pose Savasana at the end of a yoga practice. A pose where we just lie flat on our backs, breathe and integrate with the purpose of letting the inner and outer work we just did metabolize. Letting sink in what we learned. Integrating. Processing. Shifting.

In our fast paced lives we need  more Savasanas - to breathe, process, integrate, allow, accept and shift. To renew and re-energize. To grow personally.

To meet life with a re-directed focus and newly found strength.

How It Works

A closed group of six to eight women meet

  • online via telephone conference (trust me -  it works great). You receive a conference call-in information (telephone number and pin)
  • focus on and explore one topic per meeting with relaxation and mindfulness exercises, simple tools to release stress and shift your perspectives
  • meet for an hour of inspirational learning and soul care twice a month for 4 months
  • build connections and create a trusting space
  • it´'s healthy, it´s fun and it is a break from your ever busy life

What you get:

  • six circle meetings with a group of six to eight like minded women, focused on a topic introduced and guided through by me (certified professional coach)
  • inspirational reading material related to the topics of the calls sent via email after each circle meeting
  • homework suggestions to deepen each topic (your choice - there is no obligation)
  • free email support in between the calls in case you want to work on the topics of the calls in a more intense way
  • a 60 minute coaching session via Skype at a date and time of your convenience plus one follow up email
